Sketch
This is a book cover design I created for my Digital Illustration class. The cover is based on a real psychological horror book written by an author I know. This design is intended for his second book, which is still in progress. You can see in the sketch how the original concept evolved, particularly in the title. Additionally, several small details changed throughout the process—the splatter effect was moved to the top, and various other elements were adjusted, aside from the caution tape.
