In my Graphic Design II class, I had the exciting opportunity to create our own cereal brand from scratch, allowing us to explore both creativity and branding skills. For my project, I incorporated my last name into the brand’s identity, adding a personal touch to the concept. Instead of simply naming it “Cirello,” which initially came to mind, I opted for a more playful and memorable approach by calling it “CirelliOs.” This name not only reflects my identity but also captures the fun and whimsical nature of cereal. Additionally, it evokes a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of classic breakfast cereals, while remaining unique enough to stand out on store shelves. The process of designing the packaging and developing the brand story was incredibly rewarding, challenging me to think critically about how branding influences perception and consumer choice.
